Local Lodge 1932 Meeting Notice - February 3, 2026 at 4PM

Dear Brother and Sisters,

The next business meeting will take place on Tuesday, February 3rd, 2026, at 4:00 pm.

AGENDA ITEMS

1. Approval to send 1 person to D141 AA Safety Summit Training at W3, April 21-24, 2026. Travel dates are April 20th and April 24th. Members must be in good standing and attend at least 50% of the meetings. Cost to include 3W per diem, lost time, and customary expenses.
2. Approval to send up to 15 people total to the 2026 Shop Steward Conference for D142. Members must be in good standing and attend at least 50% of the meetings. Dates to be determined. Cost to include lost time and W3 per diem.
3. Approval to send 2 people to the D142 Young Workers Summit. March 3-4. Travel dates are March 2nd and March 5th, 2026. Cost to include lost time, per diem, and transportation to and from the airport/hotel, $189.00+ tax and fees if any per night, and customary expenses.
4. Approval to spend up to $300 for a Kitchen deep cleaning.
5. Approval to spend up to $1,200 for a desktop computer for the Local 1932 Recording Secretary.
6. Approval for Southwest Airlines to spend up to $100 in office supplies.
